Sweet Daidia crossed over the rainbow bridge to meet her brother, Gage, on August 5th, 2022 after 16 long years of a happy life, which wasn't nearly long enough. Sure, she was stinky and a tad bit too chubby for her little legs, but she was most definitely loved and cared for; spoiled, if you will.
Our miniature Dapple Daschund, Dasia came to us as a stray on a hot, Texas evening, and we immediately brought her in. She fit right into our home and brought us so much joy.
She was the sweetest girl, even on her bad days and she would always put a smile on your face, whether she was sunbathing, playing with her brothers, trying to wiggle out of her springtime tanktop that kept her from getting itchy in the grass, or napping on her silky "Princess Pillow". She was always silly and full of life, and usually staring you down, begging for a belly rub.
Although she was a mini, her heart was definitely full-sized, and she could always brighten the room. She will be missed dearly.
