Midnight Menagerie has left us. She succumbed to feline leukemia on March 21, 2023. Midnight was a beloved member of our family since we adopted her in 2010 from Clatsop Animal Shelter, and she will be deeply missed.
Midnight Menagerie was a beautiful long-haired black cat with big green eyes that could melt anyone's heart. She had a playful spirit and a mischievous streak that kept us on our toes. She loved nothing more than chasing her toys around the house or napping in a sunbeam on a lazy afternoon.
Despite her joyful demeanor, Midnight Menagerie faced many health challenges throughout her life. When we adopted her, we discovered that she had feline leukemia, a viral disease that can weaken a cat's immune system and lead to other illnesses. We worked closely with our veterinarian to manage her condition and ensure she received the best care possible.
Midnight Menagerie resilience and fighting spirit were an inspiration to us all. She lived a full and happy life, never letting her illness get in the way of her love for life. She remained playful and affectionate until the very end, bringing joy to all who knew her.
We will always cherish the memories we shared with Midnight Menagerie and the love and companionship she brought into our lives. Rest in peace, sweet Midnight. You will be forever missed and never forgotten.
